NOTD : The Vintage Polka dot and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

This simple but cute nail design I create for my own birthday! Hope you like it. I used Topshop Off the Record which is a mid brown as the base and dot some random dots with white nail polish. I really like this combo colors I think it's so cute like a vintage dress.
