Sorry for being MIA for a long time. I'm still in Vietnam for holiday, but I'll be back UK next weekend, then might do a review on my addiction : blush <3 I got some very interesting shades to show, but it should take me few weeks to complete, so stay stune! I'd fill you with other post so you won't boring at reading my silly blog.


So 2011 has gone, for me 2011 is full of excited moments, some is really hurtful but I've been grow up a lot. I hope that 2012 would be nice for me, that's my dreams might have a chance come true. Also, all you guys - my very first readers <3 I wish you all a happy new year, full of happiness and dreams come true. If God does exist, may he bless you all.  


Also, I really wanted to do my 2011 favorite before the year ends, but I'm in Vietnam now means I don't have all of them to show you, so I might do 2011 and January favorite when I back :) Thank you for understanding ;D

Se7en is the cutest guy in the world, who thinks he is almost 28 now? My ahjusshi ( the way you call much older man in Korean) is still the best!

Christmas haul~

Yay for new post ^_^ I finished my 1st term today and went shopping to prepare going home this Sunday morning. Can't wait to see my little Hanoi in winter <3

This haul is most of product that I wanted to try then decided to buy them for Christmas. I think I wouldn't need to buy new product for at least 6 months... oh well just saying :P

First is Sigma Makeup brushes. I've been always wanted to try but I always confuse what to buy >"< I love their Flat top Kabuki brush but for the rest I have no idea... They have few brush set before but no one win my heart. Then they release this series with 4 famous cities : Tokyo (Pink), Paris (Red), New York (Black - why so boring), and London (Brown with 18K gold). Then, I was confuse again T_T Because I love both Tokyo and London ( as a city) but I can't buy both kits rite? Because they are limited edition and are selling very fast. After few days, I decided to go with London since it has 18K Gold! I'm very impress with all the brushes include, very useful, I won't waste any!

Yay for drugstore lips products! Omg I'm not often have good experience with drugstore lips product but these 3 defo won my heart! Revlon matte lipstick in 002 Pink Pout and 003 Mauve it Over. I heard a lot of good things about Revlon matte lipstick but never try before, and now they have a space in my make up collection ^^ 002 is a baby dolly pink, 003 is like a matte version of my Chanel Rouge Coco. They are true matte but super moisture, you won't get a dry lips at all. Also Rimmel Vinyl Gloss in 190 Pin up is my absolutely favorite lip gloss! It's a hot pink gloss with no shimmer, remind me of a Bobbi Brown lipgloss I like before but can't remember the name now. I like to pair it with Revlon 002 Pink Pout to archive baby pink lips!

My most favorite product of this haul is Stilla Living the life in Laguna palette. You can't go wrong with Stilla! It has 4 beautiful eyeshadows, 2 blushers, and a mirror. And guess what, it's only £10 I love the blusher on my super fair skin. Stilla also have some other version of this palette and other palette which is also very good. Forget to mention L'Oreal single eyeshadow. It's a lovely silver shade. Very pigmented! I think I'll try to get more shades ^^

My very first highlighter <3 I always want to try it since I saw Lisa Eldridge used them. She designed them to so yeah I believe in her! No.7 Skin Illuminator in Pink. It comes with a brush, and you only need a small amount to archive a healthy glow. Available in all Boots store. 

Then Nail products! I got 3 Rimmel London Nail Polish ( Professional Finish range) in Black Pearl (black with shimmer), Urban Purple (pinky plum) and Camouflage Chic ( kind of kaki green). I always love Rimmel London nail polish, they are definitely underrated! Black Pearl reminds me of Chanel Black Pearl but much cheaper ^^

And I got 3 nail wrap/sticker. Aren't they lovely ^^

Boots having a special sales today so I got this HUGE vanity case with full of bath body product for only £25! Could you believe it >"< It's very very big with a cute red bow. Inside are Soap&Glory products. For 25 bucks I got 1 hand cream, 1 foot cream, 1 body spray, 1 face soap, 2 bath and shower gel, 1 body scrub, 1 body butter, 1 cleansing wipes, and one lipgloss. I think I'll give my mom the face soap since I don't like the scrub, the lipgloss was nice but when I apply it on my lip I feel like it burning my lips o.O I told you my skin and lips is freaking allergic with drugstore lips and face make up products, only some are lucky to jump into my make up collection T_T. Other things is smell good, cute packaging. Should be a lovely gift for your mom, your wife, your girlfriend or even to treat yourself. I love the most is the vanity case I could store my make up and other stuffs in it ^^

I'm obsessed with Christina Perri and Jay Jay Johanson recently. Feel like I'm in "autumn" mood again.

Coco Chanel

I can tell now I'm a Chanel fan, not only fashion but beauty product.

Today after class I stopped by Chanel counter in House of Fraser, and couldn't leave without getting new product T_T First I just want to get a lipstick that more natural, rosy color, but then decide to buy one more product.


Firstly, I got a Rouge Coco Hydrating crème lip colour in #13 Gardénia.

It's a lovely rosy pink color, with shimmer. Since my lips are pretty pigmented, this color give my lip a natural rosy pink which I adore beside bright color. But I don't like the shimmer which is kind of silver color that I hate because it gives you kind of frosty finish, make you look sick, I still prefer mutilcolor shimmer for lipstick. So I wear it with my NARS Super Orgasm lip gloss that have very lovely gold shimmer or maybe I'd wear it with my Shu Uemura lip gloss in PK333S ( a sheer pink with mutilcolor shimmer) . So far happy with this lipstick, I think it could be my everyday lipstick when I don't want to wear bright color.

Then when I wait the lady at Chanel counter find the lipstick for me, I take a look at the famous Chanel Illusion D'ombre cream eyeshadow. This is the new eyeshadow range of Chanel comes in 6 shades, I got #83 Illusoire which probably the most famous one. The lady told me that this shade is sold out and she just got only 2 left. Since I always want to try them when I watched Lisa Eldridge's video (My all time favorite make up artist <3) and when I swatched it, I decided to buy. It's also come with a lovely brush, everytime I buy Chanel products I always feel I'm treated very well <3

It's a very pretty shade <3 Kind of taupe, purple with the silver shimmer. First I thought it similar with my Bobbi Brown long wear cream eyeshadow in #7 Starry Purple, but when I got home when swatch them, they are tottaly different. Bobbi Brown one is more purple, while Chanel is kind of taupe with hint of purple; the shimmer is different that Bobbi Brown got multil color shimmer. The texture is different too, Chanel remind me of Giorgio Armani Eye To Kill eyeshadow, but more softer. Here is the picture of them, right is Bobbi Brown and left is Chanel :

Then I gave you a picture of Chanel D'ombre in my eyes, sorry for poorly application, I just apply it all over my eyelid, bring it down to my lower lashline, use Make up forever gold pigment at inner conner and apply my Dolly Wink mascara :

I really love this eyeshadow, I think I'll get more! But poor me most of them sold out TT_TT That's ok because I will transit at Paris when I take a flight back home this Christmas, gonna do some duty free!

So today, I'm nice enough to post some my all time favorite beauty products. To be honest I'm not wear make up everyday because I'm a sleeping beauty freak so I always wake up late in the morning and go to class with bare face and ok lah. But I do love make up and have quite a lot. So hope you like some of them from my review and give them a try lah~ 


I know many Asian girls are crazy about BB cream, but IMO, I just think it's nothing special. Still have light coverage and heavy coverage, doesn't long lasting and most of them come in very limited shade ( 2-3 shades) and have GRAY undertone, ok makes you look fair, like a ghost. I remember I used to hate make up because I saw many Vietnamese girls on the street with scary white face, made me think make up is smt make you look uglier. So I prefer foundation with light-medium coverage, your choice! pick a good one suits your skin and that's all. 

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in #2 (Lightest)

My skin is combination with slightly oily T-zone and dry cheek (in UK weather, my skin tend to normal to quite oily in hot weather) so this one very suits my skin type, also I'm very fair with pink undertone so this is the shades matches my skin tone the best. I always make sure my skin is well moisture before doing make up so I don't know if you have dry skin. The finish is Luminous like its name, quite semi-matte if I use powder ( I use Chanel one). Photograph very well ( no SPF, but I always use sunscreen so ok lah), light-medium coverage, buildable and very light weight, doesn't break me out. Love it!

NARS Blush in Angelika and Orgasm 

Famous enough do you need me to tell you how much I love them???? I'm a blush freak and I have many of them, but these two are my very first blushes and are HG as well. Angelika is a cool undertone  love pink with slighly shimmery, but shimmer will fall out very fast so it has like matte finish lol, I use it when I want to look innocent wtf. Orgasm is freaking famous, it looks peachy but in my face it quite pink with nice gold shimmer. Both of them are very pigmented, with my fair skin just one touch of brush in each cheeks, blend it well and I'm ready to go!

Dolly Wink Volumne Mascara 

A Japanese brand belongs to Koji - very famous Japanese cosmetic company, created by Tsubasa Masuwaka - a garyu model of Japanese magazine Popteen. Let me tell you, I bought many mascara, from high-end to drugstore, but after 1-2 uses, I stop using them because all of them gave me panda eyes very quickly espically drugstore one, even waterproof, my eyes very easy to tear out :( And doesn't hold my curl ( I'm using Shu Uemura curler). Then I decide to buy this one since my Japanese friends keep saying omg omg this is so good try it lahhh every Japanese girls use it lahhh. Now I LOVE to use mascara haha. It's make my lashes long, volume AND no panda eye, no smudge at all! One more thing make it better is sooooo easy to remove lah~ it can be remove with warm water, I'm lazy so only one swipe of my oil cleansing, it's complete gone, no hurt no red eye!

Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner in Deep Black :

I'm not often wear eyeliner but this one is the best I've tried. My friend used Mac and Bobbi Brown but her eyes very similar to my eyes, very easy to tear out and she always had problems with smudging. I recommend it for her since that problem never happens to me, and now she love it, she says omg so magical ~~~ It's very easy to draw, and very easy to remove like the mascara as well

I'm a blush freak, and also lipstick-addict. I tried many gloss but never happy with them. I have a big lips and like to lick my lips so lipstick suits me better. 

YSL Volupté Sheer Candy in #6

Look omg red in picture but it sheer, and on my lip it's a little bit pinky than red, give you a nice glossy finish, quite long lasting and doesn't dry out my lip. My go-to lipstick, only one coat and looks quite natural but still give your lips some color.

Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in #37 L'Exubérante

Lovely lovely hot pink lipstick. Matte finish, long lasting, I eat and drink a lot and it still there! And doesnt dry out my lips like most of matte lipstick. Nice packing as well
